During this exceptional time, we want to offer our school community different tools to support our children and families taking care of their well-being and mental health. Therefore we offer a set of recorded Yoga and Mindfulness classes, which can be practiced at any time of the day.
In a happy and nurturing environment, children develop flexibility, strength and coordination, while improving their sense of calmness and relaxation. It encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that is non-competitive and fosters both happiness and compassion.
A 20 minutes Yoga practice to get the little ones moving. Great for the start of the day! The balance poses aim to improve children’s attention and focus.
The second video is a 30 minute sequence with a long guided relaxation at the end of the class to leave the little ones feeling relaxed and happy.
