At St. Edward’s we are very proud of our school and we expect to see all children in a school uniform.  This provides the children with a sense of belonging, a good working attitude and a respectful and unified environment.

All items are available from the school supplier Ace Clothing Company.

The school has a stock of second hand uniform available for parents to access if required.

Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery and Reception)

• Royal blue school tracksuit with school logo.
• White polo shirt.
• Black shoes.

Year 1 – Year 6

Girls:

• Plain, white shirt with long sleeves and collar which should be tucked into the pupil’s skirt.
• Plain, charcoal grey skirt or grey pinafore dress or grey trousers in the winter.
• Light blue and white patterned school dress in the summer.
• Royal blue school cardigan with school logo.
• School tie in spring and winter.
• Black sensible shoes (not trainers).
• Plain grey tights or white socks.
• School hat or sun cap for warmth or sun protection.
• School blazer (not compulsory) or school coat or plain black/navy coat.

Boys:

• Plain white shirt with long sleeves and collar which should be tucked into the pupil’s grey trousers in the winter.
• Royal blue school jumper with school logo.
• School tie in spring and winter.
• Plain, black sensible shoes (not trainers).
• Grey socks.
• School hat or sun cap for warmth or sun protection.
• School blazer (not compulsory) or school coat or plain black/navy coat.

 P.E. Kit

• White polo shirt.
• Royal blue shorts.
• Royal blue school track suit.
• Black or white trainers (not plimsolls).
• Royal blue school PE bag.

 Extras

• Hair accessories must be plain black or blue in colour.
• Only plain stud earrings can be worn, no hoop/dangly earrings allowed. No other jewellery to be worn for health and safety reasons.  
• Children should use the school rucksacks or book bags to carry their belongings to and from school.

ALL ITEMS OF SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE OWNER’S NAME.
